Returns & Refunds
Our 30-day promise
If your pet doesn’t love it, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email hello@buypawnest.shop with your order number.
- We’ll send a prepaid label within one business day.
- Drop off the package — refunds are issued within 5 business days of arrival.
Non-returnable items
- Opened food, treats, and supplements (for safety reasons).
- Used grooming tools and personalized items.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no cost.
