Over 80% of our packaging is recycled or FSC-certified paper. We are phasing out single-use plastic mailers across every warehouse by the end of 2026.

Responsible sourcing

Food and treat brands must document ingredient traceability. Toys and accessories are audited for BPA, phthalates, and heavy metals.

Carbon-aware shipping

We consolidate orders into regional warehouses so most parcels travel by ground, not air. Emissions from air freight are offset through verified reforestation projects.

1% of every order funds shelter partners across the US, UK and EU providing food and veterinary care to pets in need.
